Frequently called numbers may be stored in the address book or speed dial

1. Select Address Book from the main menu

2. Select a number from the speed dial list or address book list

3. Press the Center Select Button to place your call

Use when the number you want to call is not stored in the address book.

1. Select Video Call from the main menu

2. Enter the video number

3. Select the desired speed

4. Press the green CALL/HANG-UP button to place your call

Use when you need to add a telephone participant to your video conference.

1. Select Telephone Call or Call Type from the main menu

2. Enter the number or extension to call

Allows ad hoc conference calls of up to 3 or 4 sites

1. Select Video Call

2. Enter the number of the first party

3. Press the CALL/HANG-UP button on the remote

4. Press CALL/HANG-UP button on the remote

5. Highlight the Add a Video Call icon

6. Enter the number of the second party, repeat this process until all sites are connected
