Mat classes!!
Enjoy the many benefits
of Pilates mat classes!
Mat classes are non-impact,
designed to build strength and flexibility of the joints of the
body. Strengthening the abdominals and shoulder girdles can alleviate
and prevent back and shoulder problems.
Pilates mat classes
are the perfect travel and home exercise. All you need is your
body and a mat. No props or equipment necessary!
You may begin classes
any time. No need to wait until the beginning of a session. Try
your first class free!
The cost for each session
is $48. If you are trying the class for the first time, it is
complementary, so deduct $8. Drop-in rates are $10 per class,
for those with Pilates experience.

Thursday, 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m.
MESA LAB:
Wednesday,
12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m.
Christine is also available
for private training at her studio. During private sessions you
can experience the equipment designed by Joseph H. Pilates and
receive more personalized movement analysis, exercise, and manual
release. If you have injuries, I recommend that you contact me
to evaluate whether this class is right for you. I can teach you
modifications of the exercises as necessary.
