Tai Chi at the Mesa Lab

Tuesdays, 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
ML Fitness Center

Free tai chi class for beginners at the ML on Tuesdays at 5. I teach the same form taught in the Wednesday FL class. Please send me an email to express interest.

Tai chi may be described as martial art, dance, and meditation. It offers relaxation and fitness. It improves one's sense of balance and strengthens the immune system.
